Our technical staff is experienced in manufacturing both standard-sized and customer specified bonnell units. Produced units are controlled according to international standards and / or customer requirements after each stage in the production. Bonnell Units are catergorized by wire diameters, unit sizes and heights.

1. Wire diameters: In our production we are using two diameters of wire Ø2,2 and Ø2,4. But of course by the wish of the customer it is possible to produce the springs with different diameter.
2. By the diameter of springs, bonnell spring units can be with different number of raws and coloumns.
3. Height: We are producing bonnell spring units in heights between 8 and 16 cm.
ZONED BONNELL UNITS – can be produced from different wire gauge, spring diameter, different heights,  number of columns and raws, different position of zones etc.
FLAT FRAMES – we are offering attaching of flat frames for strengthening the bonnell units. We are putting quality flat frame 10x1,4mm by the standard DIN10132-1 I 4/EN 10140 (cold rolled, hardenend, blue-grey tempered with tensile strength: 1450-1700 N/mm2, with rust protection etc).
